Motivation

Circle activity is the most motivating avtivities for me. in my case, it is playing drum, because I can get the result of my efforts as an observable objects and. When I have a music concert, my parties encourage me to play better, and after finishing it, they praise me, then I feel intrinsic rewards like acievement or confidence. It can be my happiness and motivation to improve my skills. And I hope that I can apply it to studying foreign languages.

I think group A will solve it quicker than B.
When group A solve this problem, they want the reward quicker. If there are another challenger, they group A will work harder to get the rewards, so the problem is just a process, and thier purpose is to get reward.
On the contrary, group B enjoy solving the problem, so their purpose is to enjoy it, so time is not prblem for them.
So I think group A will solve it quicker than B.

I think the powerful motivation are reward or satisfaction.
Satisfaction are often got by being praised, and the desire to be praised is naturally strong greed of human, so it is good enough to be the reason for the question.

I saw the movie about Ireland. In this movie, the Irish chef traveled all over the world and learned various types of food, and created original dishes. And Irish traditional food, potatoes are also spread all over the world. So I think that food globalization is also happend in Ireland. According to the movie, the chef created new dishes by taking in the concept of foreign food, Japanese, Chinese and other oriental food.
From this Movie, I learn that cultural mix some time creates new beter results.

I agree the Fukushima's opinion. Actually, I can't help feeling that many Japanese tend not to study abroad by seeing recent news. I also think many Japanese are naturally conservative and less challenge spirits. Trying to study abroad seems to be very good chance to widen our knowledge, language ability and view.

Recently, I'll chalenges to do many events in my school life, for example volunteer, club ativities, and studying, so I'm very busy. However, I believe that these challenges will improve me. I have many thing to do now, so at least during summer vacation, I have no time to be free.
